Chicago visual artist
Jay Turner aka LIE
is currently in the process
of preparing
for his next solo art
exhibition at Vertical Gallery.
It will be known as Bloom
and it will be his
second time
showcasing wort
at Vertical, the last
of which was back
in 2015.
While I have yet
to see LIE's work
in person, I have
been gazing and drooling
at the creations found
on his Instagram page,
pieces that blend nature
and animals with
helmet-wearing dreamers,
stargazers preparing to take off
in a spaceship or a race car.
I'm highly anticipating
the upcoming gallery,
which runs from
March 3 to 24.
