I'm terrible

about reading anything

over 200 pages

(if it’s not a novella

or a collection

of poems, I start

sweating)

but I finished

this 300 page novel

almost as soon as

I opened it.

Full of short chapters

and a super

fast-paced plot,

it's bloody and playful

and heartbreaking

and atmospheric.

I'd put my money on

this original novel

becoming a movie

in the next five years.

If you need more

Everett (you do),

please read

Erasure next.
